68 dogs were seized from a Winnipeg home in the largest known animal seizure in the city's history. The dogs were found in inhumane conditions with matted fur, eye issues, and other health concerns. Animal Service officers and police conducted a well-being check at the Richmond West home and rescued the dogs with protective gear. The Humane Society is aiding with medical care and boarding while police investigate.
