Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) sues Prospect Medical Holdings, stating they owe $1.75M in unpaid membership dues and services. This lawsuit follows Yale New Haven Health's suit against Prospect, claiming they don't have to adhere to an agreement signed in 2022 to purchase the three hospitals for $435M. Both lawsuits come as Prospect faces mounting debts and a $1.12bn mortgage.
