Dali had power blackout during maintenance 10 hours before crashing into Key Bridge.

The US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) reports that the cargo ship Dali, which collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, had suffered two power blackouts while docked, 10 hours before the crash. The ship lost electrical power again and crashed into one of the bridge's supporting columns, causing the bridge to collapse. The NTSB is focusing its investigation on the ship's electrical system.
