Bangladesh's National Economic Council has approved a $23 billion (2.65 trillion taka) Annual Development Programme (ADP) for the fiscal year 2024-25, a 8% increase from the current fiscal year's revised ADP. The ADP prioritizes sectors such as transport, communication, and education, with a focus on optimizing public fund use through preventing misuse. In total, 1,321 projects are included for execution in the next fiscal year.
