Australian PM Anthony Albanese has defended his decision to evict a tenant from a rental property he owns, citing "changing circumstances." Jim Flanagan, a small business owner living in Albanese's Dulwich Hill property in Sydney's inner west, received an eviction notice in May, with the PM stating he plans to sell the property due to personal life changes. Flanagan, who had been living in the property for four years, expressed his distress at the prospect of losing his accommodation and criticised the PM's actions despite his support for Albanese and his policies.
