45-year-old actor and singer Tyrese Gibson left a concert in Atlanta mid-performance, reportedly to avoid being served with legal papers related to a $10m defamation lawsuit. Gibson was singing with Eric Benet at the Stockbridge Amphitheater when a security guard whispered something to him, leading to his abrupt exit. A process server was at the venue to serve Gibson with papers for the lawsuit filed by Bryan Barber.
