TikTok scammers exploit weight loss drug demand by offering lower-priced Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro without prescriptions. A joint investigation by Digital Citizens Alliance and Coalition for a Safer Web uncovered around 60 scam profiles on TikTok, using testimonials and before/after photos to deceive buyers. After payment, victims never receive the drugs, losing their money.
