18th Street Gang leader Gustavo Torres-Mendez sentenced to 14 years for conspiring to sell fentanyl, meth, & cocaine in Portland.

Portland's 18th Street Gang leader, Gustavo Torres-Mendez, has been sentenced to 14 years in federal prison for conspiring to sell large amounts of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine in the Portland metro area. Torres-Mendez established himself as the gang's head in 2019 after being released from state prison for armed robbery. His criminal activities included selling counterfeit Oxycodone pills containing the drugs mentioned above.
