Standards in Public Office Commission (SIPO) to hold investigation hearing into Fianna Fáil TD Robert Troy's property declaration breaches next month. Troy stepped down as Minister of State in August 2022 after failing to declare all property dealings, rental accommodation contracts, and not registering a property with the Residential Tenancies Board. SIPO is proceeding with a full investigation under Section 23 of the Ethics in Public Office Act 1995.
