1,000+ residents gathered in Yew Tee to watch Prime Minister Lawrence Wong's swearing-in ceremony on May 15th. The event, organized by the People's Association, featured a sing-along party at a hardcourt near Yew Tee MRT station. PM Wong arrived at the location around 10:30pm, making his way through the crowd to the stage where he addressed the crowd, expressing his desire to continue serving Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC as their MP and take Singapore forward.
