Pulaski County broke ground on Providence Park, a development aiming to provide permanent housing for up to 400 homeless individuals. Inspired by similar projects in Texas, the facility will consist of tiny homes with full support services to improve residents' health and quality of life. Pulaski County Judge Barry Hyde hopes the initiative will serve as a model for other communities in Arkansas.
