Memphis has subpoenaed Shelby County District Attorney Steve Mulroy, seeking all documents and communication between his office and Tyre Nichols' family. This comes after the city learned that the DA's office shared information with the plaintiff's counsel but not with the city. The $550 million civil lawsuit was filed by Nichols' mother against the city, police chief, and the five former officers charged in relation to his death.
