Hotel Equities has been chosen to manage the first Hampton by Hilton in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, marking the first new hotel development in the region in over 30 years. Developed by Shaun Miller of Haven Development, this hotel will also be the first Hilton-focused service hotel in the area. Hotel Equities' Trust Hospitality division will manage the 126-room property, adjacent to the West Indian marina and overlooking downtown Charlotte Amalie.
