French prosecutors reveal authorities raided three European Goodyear sites in connection to an "involuntary homicides" probe of crashes caused by burst truck tyres. Investigators from France, Belgium, and Luxembourg conducted simultaneous searches at Goodyear facilities as part of an international mutual legal assistance procedure. The aim of the searches is to determine how much Goodyear knew about the dangers of the Marathon LHS II and Marathon LHS II+ tyres and the incidents they were aware of.
