ED names AAP as accused in Delhi excise policy case; Manish Sisodia's bail opposed.

Enforcement Directorate (ED) informs Delhi High Court that it will name Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as an accused in the Delhi excise policy case. This follows opposition to the bail plea of former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in a money laundering case connected to the larger issue. The ED's counsel confirmed AAP will be made a co-accused in the next prosecution complaint (charge sheet) to be filed in the case.
