Early morning crash on R261 road in Co Donegal leads to road closure, hospitalization, and ongoing Garda presence.
A serious early morning crash occurred on the R261 road between Maas and Portnoo in Co Donegal, outside Glenties. Gardai closed the road, setting up a traffic management system with diversions expected to last most of the day. One person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and local emergency services responded around 6am. Gardai remain at the scene, and the incident is ongoing.
