Dublin Airport is testing four AI-powered luggage robots named Handler Bing and Sir Bot A Lot to assist passengers with disabilities or additional needs in Terminal 1. These robots can carry up to two cabin bags, make stops at shops and the toilet, and guide passengers to their boarding gates in Pier 1. The robots operate after security and provide convenience and support to passengers with disabilities or special needs.
