CNN's Sam Feist appointed as CEO of C-SPAN, replacing co-CEOs Rob Kennedy and Susan Swain.

CNN's Sam Feist, longtime Washington bureau chief, will become CEO of C-SPAN, the public affairs network announced. Feist will succeed co-CEOs Rob Kennedy and Susan Swain and begin his new role later in the summer. He has been with CNN since 1989, serving as CNN's political director and Washington programming vice president, overseeing newsgathering operations and political coverage.
