80-year-old woman dies 10 days after being assaulted along with two other women in Dundalk, Co. Louth on May 3. The incident occurred in a home in Glenwood Estate, with the victims initially taken to hospitals in Drogheda and Dundalk. A 47-year-old man, Nicholas Muckian, has been charged with three counts of assault causing harm and unlawfully intimidating another person with a hatchet, and is due to appear in court again on May 15th.
