91-year-old James Bagwell, with a condition that may impair his judgement, has been reported missing by Arab Police Department. Last seen wearing a plaid shirt and khaki pants in Arab, Alabama on May 13 at 10 am, he is believed to be driving a yellow 2004 Chevrolet Colorado with AL tag 0450AK1.
