Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) announces new joint CEOs Hermen Hulst and Hideaki Nishino to succeed former CEO Jim Ryan. Hulst will lead the Studio Business Group, including PlayStation's developers and expanding into TV and film. Nishino will head the Platform Business Group, responsible for console hardware, technology, and accessories. Both will report to Chairman Hiroki Totoki, who is also the President, COO, and CFO of Sony Group Corporation. The change takes effect on June 1, 2024.
