Seymour's Burger Fest and hot air balloon rally have been canceled for 2024 due to road construction impacting Highway 54. The event, which was scheduled for August 9 and 10, will not be rescheduled this year as organizers believe it would be too difficult to manage. The decision was made out of an abundance of caution for the safety of the public, event volunteers, and road crews. The 35th Burger Fest will return in 2025.
