Ottawa police warn of vigilance after finding pills containing a poisonous substance for dogs in bread scattered in a dog-frequented grassy area. A member of the public discovered the bread with pills inside on Monday afternoon in the Rolling Meadow Crescent area. Police collected evidence and cleaned the area, while requesting the public to report any similar incidents. The investigation is ongoing.
