The levies are already implemented in countries like the US, UK, and India. The federal government granted exclusive rights to collect the levies to NAEBI Dynamic Concepts Limited, which will work with NAMA, the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria, and the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority.
