Los Angeles prosecutors in Rebecca Grossman murder case removed.

Los Angeles prosecutors involved in the murder case of Rebecca Grossman, charged with killing two young boys in a car crash, were removed due to a potential conflict of interest involving Grossman's attorney, James Spertus. Spertus also represents Assistant District Attorney Diana Teran, who faces felony charges for misusing confidential law enforcement records. The prosecution will now be led by Habib Balian, assistant head deputy of the Major Crimes Division.
