Former Sony exec Doug Belgrad has been appointed Netflix's Vice President of Film under Dan Lin. Belgrad, who has a strong background in live-action IPs such as "Spider-Man," "Ghostbusters," and "Jumanji," co-founded 2.0 production and financing company in 2016. Belgrad's new role at Netflix aims to strengthen the company's film ranks as it continues to expand its movie offerings.
