Environmental protesters halted play at two matches during the Rome Open tennis tournament on Monday. Members of the climate group Ultima Generazione (Last Generation) invaded courts wearing orange vests and threw confetti. American player Madison Keys' match against Sorana Cirstea was interrupted, as well as a men's doubles match. The protesters were removed, and play resumed shortly afterwards.
