Delhi High Court orders Delhi Police Crime Branch to investigate the death of a youth in North Rohini within 4 months, following transfer from local police due to concerns of improper investigation. Father of the deceased had sought the case's transfer from Delhi police to CBI. The court also instructs DCP (Crime Branch) to supervise the investigation and expedites the Forensic Science Laboratory report.
