2018 defamation case against Rahul Gandhi over alleged objectionable remarks against Union Home Minister Amit Shah to be heard on May 27 after a new judge's appointment to the special court. The case was filed by BJP leader Vijay Mishra six years ago. Last December, a warrant was issued against Gandhi, prompting him to halt his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra and appear in court, where he was granted bail.
