17-year-old Kylie Cooper, who lived in her home in Barnsdall her entire life, experienced devastation as her home was destroyed by the EF-4 tornado. She left the house 10 minutes before the tornado hit and returned to find everything gone. Kylie and her family are now staying with her great-grandparents, and her dreams of getting her GED and going to college are put on hold as her coursework and test preps were destroyed in the disaster.
