XREX Singapore, a blockchain-based financial institution, has received the Major Payment Institution (MPI) License from Singapore's central bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). The license allows XREX Singapore to expand its cross-border payment services, supporting SGD, USD, and stablecoins, and to expand partnerships with banks, credit card institutions, and payment providers for building next-generation financial systems that integrate traditional and blockchain finance. The company plans to launch XREX Pay, offering cross-border B2B payment features for corporates and remittance solutions for migrant workers.
