Wipro is reportedly finalizing a settlement with former CFO Jatin Dalal and ex-healthcare head Mohd Haque, who joined rival company Cognizant after leaving Wipro. Wipro sought Rs 25 crore from Dalal for breach of contract and claimed Haque violated non-compete clauses. The settlement involving Wipro, Cognizant, and the two former executives is expected to be executed this week.
