UBS CEO Sergio Ermotti aims to stay in his role until Credit Suisse integration is complete, potentially extending his term to early 2027. Ermotti returned to UBS in 2022 following the emergency takeover of Credit Suisse and will remain until the integration process is finished. UBS Chairman Colm Kelleher acknowledges the need to identify potential successors, but succession is not currently a top priority.
