10,000-tonne vessel Innovation 5, carrying 5,000 tonnes of food, becomes the first ship of its size to sail into the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, reaching Chongqing Municipality on May 8th. Departing from Ningbo-Zhoushan Port, it traveled via the Chongqing-Zhoushan river-sea direct route, cutting transportation time between Chongqing and Ningbo-Zhoushan by 20 days.
