Theater directors Meng Jinghui and actor Chen Minghao, who met at Beijing's Central Academy of Drama, serve as artistic directors for the Aranya Theater Festival in Qinhuangdao, Hebei province from June 20-30. Featuring 29 theater productions from China and abroad, the festival will stage "Five Acts of Life: Lao She's Short Stories" in honor of the 125th birth anniversary of Chinese writer Lao She.
