Tasmania Police seized five firearms and ammunition during a targeted traffic patrol in response to recent reports of illegal poaching in the Central Highlands area. Police intercepted a vehicle containing four men, all in possession of loaded firearms, and seized the weapons along with the ammunition. The four men will be proceeded against in relation to firearm and ammunition offences.
