Law enforcement authorities in Shawnee County are investigating three suspects on drug-related charges. A search warrant at a Topeka residence on May 8 revealed fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and firearms. Those arrested include Rae Conley, 48, Robert Hayes, 58, and Gracie Preston, 34, facing charges related to drug distribution, child endangerment, and tax violations.
