The Supreme Court has sought a response from India's Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding a 64-year-old businessman's plea challenging his arrest at odd hours following night-long questioning. The court has also granted the petitioner the liberty to move vacation benches for bail. The businessman, Ram Issrani, accused the ED of illegally arresting him in connection with a bank fraud case.
