Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif approved the immediate release of Rs 23 billion to address the issues faced by people in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). The decision was made after a special meeting to review the current situation in AJK, which included protests against administrative errors and local population's issues. The Kashmiri leadership and other participants thanked PM Shehbaz for the financial aid.
