The incident occurred on Joseph Martin Highway near Fisher Farm Road on May 11, when a Dodge Ram 3500 crossed the center-line and collided with a Nissan Frontier. The 52-year-old Nissan driver, Gregory Lee Myers, was killed, while the Dodge Ram driver and two children aged 5 and 4 were hospitalized.
