Oregon restaurant owner, Rong Mei, faces ongoing issues with homeless encampment outside his Eastern Cathay restaurant in Portland. The encampment has reportedly vandalized the building, stolen from the business, and scared away customers. The owners have been dealing with these problems for 15 years but feel they've been terrorized in recent months. As a result, they made a call to 911 for assistance.
