Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund recommends $284k grant for Paw Paw River Water Trail, aimed at improving access, parking & reducing erosion. The 68-mile trail, passing through Berrien & Van Buren counties, offers paddling, fishing & wildlife experiences. State Rep. Pauline Wendzel praises the project & the trail as a "gem" in southwest Michigan. Grant awaits final approval from the Governor.
