McDonald's could introduce a $5 value meal in response to rising food prices, according to reports. The Golden Arches is said to be rolling out a new value meal featuring a McChicken or McDouble, fries and a drink for just $5. McDonald's CEO Chris Kempczinski has said the company will be "laser-focused on affordability" as consumers express frustration over high food prices.
