London-based private equity firm Patron Capital has raised €860m ($927m) for its seventh European property fund, seeking to exploit distressed assets from the continent's real estate crisis. Most of the investments will target smaller deals, while a €200m pool is set aside for bigger bets. About 75% of the funds were raised from Patron's existing investor base, with North American institutions being the largest contributors.
