An Bord Pleanála, Ireland's planning authority, has agreed to reconsider its approval for 463 homes in Leopardstown, Dublin, following successful legal challenges. The High Court found the original decision flawed, leading to the quashing of planning permission and ordering the application be resubmitted for reconsideration. The development proposal includes six apartment blocks with up to 10 storeys and a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes.
