Google Wallet ends support for Android 9 and older from June 10th due to security reasons.

Google Wallet will no longer support devices running Android 9 and older from June 10th. This is due to security reasons, as Google can no longer send security updates to devices on these older versions. Users with affected devices will need to upgrade their software or purchase new phones to continue using Google Wallet. Older Wear OS smartwatches running on versions lower than 2.x will also lose access to Google Wallet.
