A Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja convicted Mrs. Ramat Mercy Mba for forging late Chief of Staff Abba Kyari's signature to defraud a job-seeker of ₦700,000. Mba was found guilty on four counts out of five, with sentencing deferred until May 16, 2024, and remand in Suleja Correctional Centre ordered. She was accused by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) of fraudulently securing government employment for victims.
