Emirates Group, including airline Emirates and ground-handling unit Dnata, awarded employees a 20-week bonus after achieving record profits of $5.1bn in the fiscal year 2023-24. The group's combined profits for the past two years reached $8.1bn, surpassing the losses seen during the pandemic years. The bonus, equivalent to 20 weeks' salary, was given to employees to celebrate the group's record performance, which saw a 71% increase in total profit.
