Construction begins on 190 houses in Mahruzlu and 193 houses in Zilanli, Azerbaijan, with plans for schools, kindergartens, medical centers, and recreational facilities.

Construction has started on the villages of Mahruzlu and Zilanli in Azerbaijan's Qubadli district. Based on their master plans, land works have been completed and house foundations laid. In the first phase, 190 houses in Mahruzlu and 193 houses in Zilanli will be built, with a total of 1,762 people resettled. Infrastructure plans include schools, kindergartens, medical centers, and recreational facilities.
