The Congress party demands the Indian government extradite Karnataka's JD(S) leader Prajwal Revanna from Germany, after he fled the country following sexual abuse allegations. Congress' women wing president Alka Lamba states that the party will protest and show black flags to PM Modi during his Mumbai rallies. The Centre is urged to communicate with Germany to bring Revanna back.
